About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the organization’s day-to-day Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR practices, experience in recruitment and HR operations, and the ability to manage employee lifecycle activities while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, personnel records, HRIS updates, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate, complete, and confidential.
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and basic payroll-related coordination.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Address employee queries and assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate training, performance review processes, and other HR programs as required.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers, and employee-related MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and internal HR policies.
- Utilize Zoho software to manage recruitment and HR administration effectively.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or Recruitment.
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting end-to-end HR processes.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and basic payroll-related coordination.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, with the ability to help implement and communicate policies clearly.
- Skills in Employee Relations, including handling employee queries, supporting engagement activities, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency with HR systems and MS Office tools; experience with HR software or Zoho applications is an advantage.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, functionality, and performance of our web and software applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test cases and test scenarios for web and software applications
- Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects
- Collaborate with developers and teams to identify and resolve issues
- Perform retesting and regression testing after bug fixes
- Validate application functionality against business and technical requirements
- Perform API testing and database validation as required
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts where applicable
- Participate in requirement analysis and test planning
- Maintain testing documentation, test reports, and defect tracking records
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance
- Strong knowledge of Manual Testing and QA processes

- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC
